Portfolio and Investor Day 2025

In October 2025, we welcomed our portfolio companies, investors, and the Raiffeisen family to Vienna for a day dedicated to knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration. The Portfolio & Investor Day 2025 brought together brilliant minds from across the startup and corporate ecosystem to explore new ideas, strengthen relationships, and build bridges across the
DACH & CEE regions.

The morning workshops combined practical insights with strategic perspectives tailored to the needs of growing technology companies. Stephanie Rieben, Co-Founder & CEO of Diadem Capital - opened the program with a session on Fundraising, Financing Mixing & Expansion to the US, guiding founders through key considerations for strengthening cross-border growth. This was followed by Edzard Janssen, Head of Group Procurement, Outsourcing & Cost Management at RBI, who shared his expertise on Vendor Requirements for Financial Institutions, helping founders better understand how to approach corporate clients and navigate institutional procurement processes.

After a networking lunch, we introduced our Portfolio Success Pack, a structured support program for portfolio companies to strengthen their investor readiness, sharpen their go-to-market strategies, and leverage shared knowledge across the ecosystem. The final workshop, Exit Readiness, was led by Martina Geisler and Valentin Berger from EY, offering practical guidance on planning and preparing for future growth and strategic transactions. The day program concluded with a Meet & Greet Session with the Elevator Ventures Advisory Board and Raiffeisen Executives, fostering direct exchange between founders and senior leaders across the Raiffeisen network.

In the evening, doors opened at Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien, where over 100 guests gathered for the reception. The event began with welcome remarks by Michael Höllerer, CEO of Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien, who emphasized the importance of innovation for Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien, and shared his extensive experience with us as a founding chairman of the Elevator Ventures Advisory Committee. His address was followed by an inspiring keynote by Alexander Pröll, Austrian State Secretary in the Federal Chancellery, sharing insights into digital sovereignty and the role of digital infrastructure for innovation and startup growth, Austria’s contribution to the EU Startup and Scaleup Strategy and the promotion of an attractive environment for founders and investors, as well as his impressionsfrom the recent state visit to the United Arab Emirates.

The evening further featured a panel discussion on Elevating Growth: Opportunities and Challenges in FinTech, moderated by Susanne Chishti, featuring Curt Chadha, Stephanie Rieben, and Christian Wolf. Together, they explored the current state of FinTech innovation, the role of digital assets, and how strategic collaboration between startups and financial
institutions continues to reshape the industry.

The evening rounded off with a series of presentations by our portfolio companies, who shared their vision, achievements, and innovations with the VC and tech community, Raiffeisen leadership, and Elevator Ventures’ LPs from Raiffeisen Bank International, Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien, and Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark. Their energy and creativity inspired lively discussions, sparked new perspectives, and deepened the collective understanding of their impact on the industry and society.
